HMA Strength Systems Program Starting Soon 〰️

The HMA Strength Systems is program is our signature 8-Week program. Throughout the program you will join a community of supportive women and learn how to build strength and consistency in under 30 minutes a day with 4 x weekly workouts, simple protein-focused habits, and a clear system that fits really life, no gym required.

Led by Coach Jenn you will have access to one-on-one support, accountability, and personalized recommendations, so you stop starting over and start living.

  • 8-week program with live cohort ed by Coach Jenn. Complete workouts and activities at your own pace, in the comfort of your home, with fitness app access, accountability and a supportive community of women cheering you on.

  • Four beginner strength workouts per week, with flexibility to complete these 30-minute workouts at your own pace, progressing in difficulty throughout the program.

  • Bi-weekly family-friendly meal plan with complete shopping list and recommended pantry staples to fuel for energy and rest.

  • Twice weekly mindset and systems activities help develop habits for energy and peace.

It's fun, safe, effective, and carefully designed to ELEVATE YOUR WORKOUTS. Where will it grow you?

Mindset

Mindset growth starts with the right attitude and an awareness of the changes your body is experiencing. If you are thinking, “How can I create the healthiest family possible?” you can’t go wrong. I am also here to support you on the days when you are just “not feeling it.” Working with a coach/trainer will MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Nutrition

Life is busy and fitting in nutrition can feel like an afterthought. Eating on the go, finding easy meals without becoming a short-order cook, is all built into the HMA Method. Eating without restrictions but understanding where cravings come from is an effective way to FUEL YOUR STRENGTH. You’ve got this!

Meet Coach Jenn

As a lifelong athlete and passionate dancer, I found a gap when I became pregnant with our oldest. I had recently moved from Canada to the USA, you can read my full story here, and was searching for a workout program that helped me feel stronger, energized, and confident, all while navigating the changes in nutrition and my body throughout my pregnancy.

With my personal training background, nutrition coaching, and passion for helping women, I knew I had to start the Healthy Mom Academy to serve other women who were going through the same thing as me.

All my programs are designed with the tools you need to experience confidence in your workouts and strength in your body—so you can continue to grow as a mama during any stage of your journey.

One-on-One Personal Training can give you the confidence, routine, and exercises tailored for your body, your family, and your needs.

With over a decade of experience, Coach Jenn will provide strategic and thoughtful recommendations for exercises, nutrition, and systems to help you commit to yourself and target your results.

  • Experience personalized guidance with One-to-One Coaching, a core offering with the Healthy Mom Method. This dedicated coaching provides tailored strategies and direct accountability to help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals.

    Strength training exercises can be swapped or modified to accommodate injuries, recovery, and preferences.

  • Sessions can be scheduled weekly or as needed, and purchased in packs of 3 or 5

  • VIP Coaching helps you hit specific training goals with guided progression of weight and exercises.

    Shift work, life stage, and demanding career can all change your ability to stay consistent and motivated to prioritize yourself.

    In combination with a tailored strength program, each woman needs personalized fuel, nutrition, and rest for your body.
