My Why
After becoming pregnant with my first child, there were two things that I needed clarity on when working out pregnant.
How can I work out safely?
Are my workouts effective? Am I making progress?
What I learned was that there wasn’t a lot of information available for working out while pregnant. The information went from not doing anything out of fear to overdoing it and not having any limitations causing possible injuries.
I coach my clients through four key steps to create a healthy pregnancy experience. The outcome is for my clients to have the best possible labor, delivery, and postpartum journey.

Full Term Baby is my 9-month signature coaching program. Exclusive personalized 1-1 coaching to help you start or continue keeping your body healthy and strong throughout your pregnancy. We focus on body movement, personal growth, nutrition, and accountability. I coach you to reach your goals in a fun and none restricted atmosphere your entire pregnancy/postpartum.
This program was built intentionally with all the tools you need in order to experience confidence in your workouts and strength in your body, including direct contact with me. So you can continue to grow as a mama ready to welcome a new little blessing to your fam!
Trimester Trio
3 Months
1x 40min Session Weekly
2x 40min Sessions Weekly
Much like Full Term Baby but in a shorter time period. Trimester Trio is my 3-month signature coaching program. Exclusive personalized 1-1 coaching to help you start or continue keeping your body healthy and strong throughout your pregnancy. We focus on body movement, personal growth, nutrition, and accountability. I coach you to reach your goals in a fun and none restricted atmosphere.
This program was built intentionally with all the tools you need in order to experience confidence in your workouts and strength in your body, including direct contact with me. So you can continue to grow as a mama and build the pregnancy plan of your dreams.
Create Your Own Pregnancy Plan
4 Weeks
2x 40min Sessions
Create Your Own Pregnancy Plan is my introductory coaching program. Its 1-1 coaching meets community. We meet in a community 90 Min Virtual Workshop to kick off 4 weeks and then focus on your goals and creating your plan to follow for the next 9 months.
This includes 2x 40 min 1-1 coaching sessions with exercising and completing your workout plan worksheets.
